Memorial Gifts

A Memorial Gift is a way to recognize someone who has brought light to others. With a memorial gift, you may show appreciation for the thoughtful attention of a caregiver, thanks for loyal friendship, or love of a family member. You may honor someone who has died or acknowledge someone living.

If you wish, you may designate your gift to support specific Evergreen Hospital Medical Center programs or services. And at your direction, we’ll send a special gift card announcing your gift to the person of your choice. (The amount of your gift will not be disclosed).

The Foundation can provide you with donation envelopes to distribute to family and friends. Your family will be notified of others’ donations as soon as a gift is received.  Please contact us at 425.899.1900 for more information.

Should you choose to designate Evergreen Hospice Services to receive a donation in memory of a loved one, we suggest the following verbiage in the obituary: “In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Evergreen Healthcare Foundation, Hospice Services, 12040 NE 128th St, MS 5, Kirkland, WA, 98034-3013.”
