Join the EvergreenHealth Foundation for the Fifth Annual Seasons of Hope Luncheon, benefiting Evergreen's Hospice and Palliative Care Programs and Services.  These services provide for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of people suffering from chronic and life-limiting illnesses as well as those who love them, regardless of one's ability to pay. Hospice and Palliative Care isn't about giving up - it's about providing hope to people facing life-limiting illness - hope of living their lives free from pain, without fear, and in the comforting circle of family and friends.
 
To carry out this mission, Evergreen Hospice and Palliative Care Programs rely on your generosity.  Please join us for a very special luncheon in support of these valuable services to our community.
